Growth takes knowing what you want and pushing yourself, whether it is to recover from an injury, lose weight, or complete your first marathon. It’s Jackie’s job to help you be smart about pushing yourself, to enjoy it, and to stay committed to it. As a trainer, Jackie starts by helping you develop your physical strength and state of mind. She believes every goal--whether fitness, personal, or career-related will benefit from a stronger, healthier body and mind.

Jackie has persevered through many goals and reinventions, and has helped others to do the same. She recently completed her Strong First Level 2 Kettlebell Certification, which meant pressing the heaviest weight over her head she has ever had to do. She holds certifications with the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist; Functional Range Seminars in Functional Range Conditioning; and the Functional Movement Systems. Jackie started in fitness by teaching group fitness boot camp classes and pilates, and she has experience working closely with other rehabilitation and sports medicine clinicians. In her latest endeavor, Jackie is working towards a Masters degree in Acupuncture to advance her exercise and sports medicine knowledge with the wisdom of Oriental Medicine for pain relief and recovery.
