Spenser prides himself in holding clients accountable to the actions necessary to see results, and places high emphasis on helping clients overcome behavioral barriers to their success. As a "student" of strength, his approach combines traditional training methodologies with contemporary thinking in order to help his clients reach their highest level of success. Spenser has a Bachelors in Exercise Science from Virginia Commonwealth University. He also is a Strongfirst Giyra Level 1 Instructor and is certified by ACSM as an Exercise Physiologist.
